Description: The toy requires 4 C size batteries. I do not ship electronics with batteries. Battery terminal is clean. I tested the toy and the motion sensor, button, and singing worked. The fish moved to the music like he is supposed to. Coloring on the fish is good. There are some scrapes or color loss on the plaque. I do not have the wall plug in adapter for it. There are holes on the back to hang it on a wall and a foldable stand to display on a flat surface.
