This figure appears to be new open box. The figure does not appear to have been removed out of the retail packaging backing, however it is missing one of the twist ties for his mid section. He comes with all his accessories and the stand is in the sealed packaging. The retail box shows signs of shelf and storage wear from over the decades. The clear plastic is yellowing, and has crinkles and dents on it.
