Description: Nice scored 1957 World Series Program from game four of the series. This is a Braves home program. Included with the program is a b/w team photo of the Braves and a large format color postcard. The team photo is 8” x 10”. Top left corner is bent. The postcard is 6” x 9” and is of Milwaukee County Stadium. No autographs in this program but lots of pencil notes on the scoring page. This game had a crazy finish with the Braves winning in the bottom of the 10th inning after a “shoe polish – hit batter” call to the Braves first batter. Stars in this series include: Warren Spahn, Lou Burdette, Del Crandall, Hank Aaron, Eddie Mathews, and Red Schoendiest. For the Yankees: Casey Stengel, Whitey Ford, Bobby Shantz, Jerry Coleman, Yogi Berra, Don Larsen, Gil McDougald, Hank Bauer, Elston Howard, and Mickey Mantle. Mild wear and a faint musty smell.
