Description: This is a large (oversized) walnut coffee table, designed by T.H. Robsjohn-Gibbings for John Widdicomb in 1953. It is composed of bleached-walnut and has a walnut veneer. The top is unusual in that the walnut was cut on the bias. The table measures 36 inches long, 115 inches wide and 15.25 inches high. It has been recently refinished. There are some light scuffs and scratches on the legs. There is evidence of age throughout this piece, but overall, this coffee table is in very good vintage condition. Please see photos. The buyer may pick up the furniture, have it shipped by our shipping partners (buyer will pay for full shipping cost, though will not have to arrange it), or discuss potential delivery within reason following the end of the auction.
