All it needs is a better box lid. But considering it is cardboard, not that bad for its age. The set has the layout as per A.C. Gilbert Layout Diagrams by Bruce G. Hansen. Organized! The set has been inventoried, as seen on the enclosed Greenburg’s Guide to Gilbert Erector Set sheets. Correct brass nuts. Hank of string is repro. The washers may be repros. In the rolled up brown paper are the other parts from the inventory list. A few extra square nuts and screws, all have been accounted for! The parts are in very good vintage condition.
