Obviously, this is the sewing machine not the toy, so be aware of that. The placard with information on the sewing machine has, along with patent dates and patent numbers, the following information about the electricity... 115 volts, 60 watts. The wooden base doubles as a platform with a hinged lid, the sewing machine can be tilted to allow for storage of sewing items under the machine on the wood base which fits into the case. This beautiful vintage Bluegrass Reversew Model RUSA sewing machine, with a motor with a placard national sewing machine company, belvedere, illinois, model r u s a, is a very clean and nice looking durable sewing machine. Please be aware though that the electrical cord is not there for it, so I cannot test it, and it will need an electrical cord before use. Please review photos.
