Background: The compass on shipboard is housed in a case called the BINNACLE, which is equipped with lights for night use. The binnacle is used to account for influences on magnetics on the compass needle. Condition: This 97 year old print is in excellent condition – no aging, no tears. It has printing on the reverse side.
