There is environmental damage as shown in photos. Not sure if it's been burned or not but it definitely is very black. Has not been cleaned since it was found. If it gets professionally cleaned I think it would be in pretty good condition. Still a lot of good details that you can see. Unfortunately I cannot see the word Liberty on her headband.
