It is from a Rand McNally's Dollar Atlas, published in Chicago by the Rand, McNally Co., 1884, a facsimile copy of the title page is included for authenticity. They are not matted nor framed being sold as shown in the main pic. Size: The dimensions of the state area chart between the neat lines measures 5 1/4 by 8 1/2 inches on a page measuring 7 by 10" with a margin all around as seen in the main pic. The Porperty Value Chart inside area is 4 1/4 by 7 inches. Condition: They are all in Good or better overall condition with very light tonal aging with a few light spots around the margins, otherwise very clean, see the pic for more on condition.
