In Good overall condition. Chocolate brown exterior exhibits chipped top right corner and spine wear to the extremities. The binding is strong and tight and all pages are secured firmly. Clean paste downs free of hinge cracking. Fold out mat is very well preserved. The text block is in Very Good condition with clean, crisp, white pages free of rips, tears, writing or markings.
